目錄
Introduction 簡介 My past experiences are quite diverse. It all started with a five-year entrepreneurial journey in Shanghai, where I founded the cross-border community platform MeetUGo. During this period, I was involved in various roles including management, technology, marketing, and community operations. Over time, I shifted my focus from individual expertise to community management, particularly emphasizing blockchain principles, co-learning, and ecosystem development. This shift allowed me to design activities and manage teams with an ecosystem-building approach, rather than relying on a single professional skill set.
In the past five years, I have also led the establishment of the 115B Lab, which continues to focus on building a community ecosystem. Through activities and individual economic participation, we have been pushing forward this concept’s development and practice.
This portfolio not only highlights my management experiences but also includes attempts in non-work-related fields such as artistic creation, community operation, event organization, IT technology, and marketing technology. These works are still being compiled and reviewed, and I hope they can present my multidimensional experiences and creative philosophy.

021UP.Org
021up is a community I initiated at the end of 2024, aiming to create a support platform for cross-border individuals from 0 to 1. Through decentralized participation, collaborative learning, and economic engagement and investment, we seek to help individuals gain more support in establishing their cross-border lives and careers.
Currently, we are still in the early stages, with a core focus on curating practical information related to cross-border communities, such as events, entrepreneurial opportunities, residency programs, and funding resources. We share these insights weekly across major communities, continuously expanding our influence and connecting with more partners.

MeetUGo
Founded in 2016, MeetUGo started as a startup competition project in Shenzhen before moving to Shanghai, where it officially became a company in 2018. Initially, MeetUGo was a social itinerary tool for cross-border users, allowing them to collect events of interest into a calendar and share them with friends.
Later, MeetUGo evolved into an event community for expatriate entrepreneurs in Shanghai, connecting international communities and collaborating with local government and venture capital firms to organize cross-border startup pitch events, hackathons, and more.
During this phase, we pioneered a co-learning model in events—rather than a traditional speaker-centric approach, we emphasized participant contributions and incentive mechanisms, turning each event into a co-created knowledge and experience-sharing space.
As the Founder, I was responsible for team recruitment and management, external partnerships, and led various aspects of technology development, event planning, and hosting at different stages.
After the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, MeetUGo ceased operations, and I later joined Magnific Intelligence Collective, where I led the creation of 115B Lab, continuing my exploration of community-driven co-learning and economic participation.

Work 作品:”When Others Describe My Body, The Voice Inside My Head Is…”
This work explores body image anxiety with a focus on physical appearance, divided into two parts: an interactive exhibition and an improvised performance. In the exhibition, I present my body change journey and related materials, allowing the audience to feel the emotions behind it. Participants can write about their own body experiences, others’ comments, and healing processes for self-healing.
The improvised performance combines the messages left by the audience with my personal experiences, presenting these emotions and journeys live.
The work aims to create an environment where the audience becomes a co-creator, achieving self-healing and mutual support through interaction.

Work 作品 : Wang Molin x Tabby Cat Cultural Studio “Black” / 王墨林 x 虎斑貓文化工作室《黑色》
This work explores the left-wing movement of Taiwanese youth during the Japanese colonial era, particularly in the 1920s, from anti-Japanese resistance to the fight against imperialism, covering ideologies like democracy, communism, and anarchism. Many diverse historical voices have faded over time and are no longer presented. Through a report-theater style using extensive historical materials, combined with body and performance art, this work brings these lost voices back to life.
In this piece, I primarily perform as part of the choir, presenting historical materials and dialogues. Guided by the director, I also use body language to express various historical voices, allowing the audience to hear these overlooked stories once again.

In this work, I tie multiple ropes around myself and invite the audience to lead me to different places. Through the varying participation of the audience, a mixed dance dialogue is created between us, with me playing the role of consolidation. This co-created dance reflects on the possibilities that can arise from mass participation, as well as the various challenges and chaos that participants may have to endure during tumultuous times.

Technology 技術
Website Development
In the early stages of starting MeetUGo, I was responsible for technical development and built the platform using the open-source Node.js framework, Keystone.js. As the business grew, I also utilized WordPress and other technologies to build websites with different functionalities to meet the needs of the community and events. This experience not only strengthened my technical skills but also helped me find a better balance between community operations and product development.

This is my thesis from the master’s program in physics at National Taiwan University, exploring Erik Verlinde’s conjectures on the origins of inertia and gravity. In my research, I discovered that the two assumptions proposed by Verlinde can actually be reduced to one, with the second assumption being derivable from the first. Specifically, the “linear relation between particle displacement and mass” mentioned in Verlinde’s paper was independently assumed, whereas in my work, I demonstrate that this relation can be derived from the first assumption. First, we introduce the entropy-area law and equipartition rule for stationary black hole horizons, generalizing them to derive the equations for gravity. Then, we study the gravitational effects on a particle in an accelerating frame and derive the linear relation between displacement and mass, which is related to the concept of inertia. Through thermodynamic equilibrium analysis, we derive Newton’s second law of motion and explain the equivalence between inertial mass and gravitational mass. Finally, we discuss unsolved problems and unexplored areas in the field of entropic gravity.
